Cortney Gibson, cofounder of Project Little Wonders and educator for caregivers

Cortney

Cortney Gibson, a master-level (semi-retired) newborn care specialist, holistic sleep coach, and educator for parents and caregivers, brings over twenty-five years of experience to her work. Holding an advanced certificate in newborn care from the Alexandria School, Cortney has also pursued additional studies in Greenproofing, Maternity and Child Sleep, and Infant Mental Health from various reputable institutions.

  • Moreover, she holds a certification in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is trained as a Lactation Counselor. Since 1997, Cortney has dedicated her career to supporting families, founding Gibson Newborn Services in 2004. With over 90,000 hours spent nurturing babies and toddlers across the United States, Cortney's expertise has been recognized by media outlets such as The Today Show and Fox News. Over the past two decades, Cortney has shared her knowledge through workshops, courses, and speaking engagements throughout North America, covering topics such as infant and toddler sleep, gut health, soothing techniques, nutrition, and brain development. In 2020, Cortney gave birth to a long-awaited, beautiful baby boy. Having Sawyer has given her a whole new perspective, in both the challenges and immense joys that come with parenting. Cortney is passionate about providing non-judgmental support and practical tools to caregivers and parents as they navigate the complexities of childcare, fostering responsive care, respectful communication, and breaking generational patterns for healing and growth.

Stefanie Hudgins, cofounder of Project Little Wonders

Stefanie

​Stefanie Hudgins is an INA Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist and Nanny and holds an endorsement in Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Associate. The mother of two boys, she has worked extensively in the childcare field for over 40 years.  Stefanie has a background in Montessori education as well as training and education in RIE, respectful parenting methods and infant mental health. 

  • Stefanie's qualifications and experiences are extensive and unique; caring for infants and toddlers has been her passion for over four decades. her understanding of children has evolved as well as her approach to caring for them.
